Day 3 of Create

What do you do when you don’t feel like it? You still do it if it is important. I really want to keep this streak going even if I don’t feel like writing at all today.

It is a blessing and a curse both to be human I think. One of our greatest gifts is also what we suck at. We have the capability of language and generally a vast vocabulary. And yet we suck at communication. We do. Sometimes we don’t know what to say, sometimes we don’t know how to say, and sometimes we don’t know who to say it to, and sometimes we just say the opposite of what we meant to say! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Also isn’t it so weird, sometimes we feel all alone in this world full of people. So many contacts on your phone and yet you don’t feel like you could talk to anyone. Or maybe no one will ever understand. Why?

What could we do to improve? I really don’t know. Maybe learn to listen, and listen to understand and not to reply. Also just think enough and then speak what you really want to say, without getting stuck at what will the other person think or reply. That’s just my opinion though.

Love is tough. Tough to keep it alive, tough to make it feel, tough to feel it. But if you ever find such a person, with whom you feel unbreakable with, love will be easier. Because in the end, no matter how many flaws you discover everyday with them, they will still make sense to you. No matter how many differences you may have, how many fights you get in to, you will still want them. Don’t let them go. Don’t give up. That’s the easy thing to do. Do the hard thing, make it work. Understand that you are both on the same team, and not against each other.

Nobody is perfect in this world. We shouldn’t even strive for perfection. You might have heard “Practice makes you perfect”. Wrong. Practice can only make you better. So practice to be better, better than you were yesterday. And if you want, practice together, like a team would.

Today’s post is short. Didn’t exactly spend an hour writing. Too many things going on in the head. Some I can’t write about. But it’s okay. This is life. It doesn’t exactly go as planned. But that’s the beauty of it. If you choose to see it. The beauty in the blunder – the kind of things you discover, sometimes about others, sometimes about yourself. Need more time for introspection!

Also, things frequently don’t go as planned. Doesn’t mean you stop planning. It means you plan, and the point at which it doesn’t go as planned, you adapt, revise your plan. Do it as many times as required. And even if you may not be able to cross off every single thing for the day. Take in the lesson. There is always scope for improvement. Always space to get better. Practice planning.
